The Hot Wheels Legends Car Pack DLC has officially hit Forza Horizon 4 starting today. The DLC was teased a bit earlier this month but we didn’t have a hard release date.
Fast forward to today and poof! Like magic the car pack is now available! Crazy how technology works huh? In case you didn’t see our previous post, the Hot Wheels Legends Car Pack comes with six cars that are all based on real life versions of Hot Wheels die-cast cars.
Though, two of the cars in the DLC, the “2JetZ” and “The NASH” are winners of the Hot Wheels Legends Tour. The Hot Wheels Legends Tour was a competitive car show series in which the winner at the end of the year would have their custom build turned into a Hot Wheels die-cast car.
The “2JetZ” built by Luis Rodriguez was the first winner of the tour back in 2018 and “The NASH” built by Greg Salzillo and Dave Ford won the tour in 2019.
We actually had the chance to visit the Mattel design center for the unveiling of the “2JetZ” die-cast car and even had the chance to chat with Luis a bit about his build and how he did it all in his own garage.
