When we ran a Batch Purge with this App on a drawing directory in AutoCAD 2013 and AutoCAD 2016 using the Select Folder option in Drawing Purge version 6.1.0.0 all of our Block Attributes done in Mtext were shifted randomly out of place and our title blocks looked awful. In AutoCAD 2017 it appears the Mtext block attributes stay in place. This short video deals with the method to reduce the file size of an AutoCAD drawing file size. Please hit the LIKE button of this video and SUBSCRIBE to my. It seems Autodesk's supported workflow is to use Design View Reps from the assembly to control occurrence visibility in ALL cases. Being able to change it in a drawing is a simple override to allow users to still get the job done if they don't understand the preferred workflow. The 'planning' I was proposing to do was book up our IT department to install AutoCAD 2017 on all 66 of our PCs (and a further 90 PCs in our sister department). If there's no file format change I don't see the need. We only use the basic tools of AutoCAD so the new features usually go over our head.

For TrueView 2018, see Autodesk DWG TrueView 2018 on RDS.
The registry entries (all String values) can be copied from the user profile that was used when installing DWG TrueView 2017. The information below is for the English version of Autodesk DWG TrueView 2017; other language versions may vary the '0001:409' section of the key below. Where is the for vocaloid dex.

- AutodeskSharedFolder
- DownloadedProgramFilesFolder
- GraphicsCacheFolder
- LocalRootFolder

- RoamableRootFolder
- SystemFolder
Important: Three of these need tweaking per user (GraphicsCacheFolder, LocalRootFolder, RoamableRootFolder) to point at the appropriate user profile folder.
Solved Dwg 2017 And Autocad
When each user opens a .dwg file for the first time (or runs DWG TrueView directly) then the Autodesk installer will run and populate all other missing entries automatically (without trying to elevate).
I did find that not setting GraphicsCacheFolder still allowed DWG TrueView to work but the installer does not recreate this registry value.

While you’re editing a file, all of a sudden AutoCad closes and displays the message: Reading 0x0000 Exception at f50cd74eh on startup of Plant 3d 2013.
The highlighted part (in bold) might be different on your machine, but the problema (and the solution) is the same.
To solve this problem is simple, just follow the steps bellow:
- Close Autocad (if it’s open);
- Open Windows Explorer;
- Browse to: c:Users<your username>AppDataLocalAutodeskAutoCAD Plant 3d 2013 – EnglishR19.0enuGraphicsCache;
- Make a backup of the files in that folder. (Never needed it, but just in case);
- Delete the files of that folder;
You can now re-open AutoCad and check if the problem was solved.
Are the folder names in you computer different?
If there’s no folder “AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013”, don’t worry. You probably have some other folder with a similar name, like “AutoCad 2013/2014/2015/2016” or something like that. You want the folder with the name corresponding to the Autocad version that’s presenting the problem.
Same goes to the folder “R19.0”. That folder refers to the version you have installed. So, if you have a different version (or edition) this might be different, but that’s not a problem.
To my understanding, this folder number is a reference to the .DWG file encoding.
I’ve tried this procedure and it worked on AutoCADs version 2013 and 2016.
Hope that helped.
